Is there a setup cost?

Yes, for all monthly plans there is a one-off $297 + GST charge for set-up. For annual plans, this set-up fee is waived. This ensures your account is properly configured and important integrations are set up such as with your Google Business Profile and your social media accounts.

Do I need technical skills to use the platform?

No, LeadGriffin is designed to be user-friendly and we take you through a thorough onboarding as part of the initial set-up of your account. There are also many instructional videos you can access if you need help on any particular aspects.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No, there are no lock-in contracts. Our service is strictly month-by-month, giving you the flexibility to adjust as your business needs change.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time to match your business growth and requirements.

How do the SMS and Email credits work?

Each plan comes with a monthly complimentary credit (US$20 for Essentials, US$30 for Premium, US$40 for Platinum) to use towards SMS, email and AI usage. Separate SMS, email and AI rates will apply once you exceed your included monthly credit.

What sort of support is available?

There is comprehensive support available. At the oitset there is onboarding assistance to ensure your account is set-up correctly and integrations are in place. Within the LeadGriffin platform, there is access to compehensive instructional videos that help explain the main features available. In addition there is live agent and zoom support available on a 24/7 basis. There is also a comprehensive help library with regularly updated documentation covering every aspect of the platform.
